- Ticketmaster cannot redeem a Riverbend Music Center/PNC Pavillion, The Andrew J Brady Music Center or Taft Theatre gift certificate.
- Gift Certificates are valid for ticket purchses only for most Riverbend Music Center/PNC Pavillion, The Andrew J Brady Music Center, and Taft Theatre events.
- Gift certificates are not accepted for the Cincinnati Pops or Children's Theatre performances
- The Children's Theatre box office cannot redeem gift certificates at the Taft Theatre
- You may purchase gift certificates in person at the Taft Theatre, located at 5th and Sycamore Sts. (downtown). Please visit the Taft Theatre website for box office hours. www.tafttheatre.org.
